Outgoing preparation seminar (OPS)
This seminar will provide EPs useful information such as the working flow of between EPs and AIESEC, the process of working of an EP (raising, matching, realizing). In addition, EPs are also provided with tips of finding projects, supportive EP buddy system and skills needed for the exchange trip.
