EP buddy's purpose is to assist the EP from the beginning of the program to the end. Each EP is given an EP buddy so the buddy can help the EP effectively. 

 

EP buddy's task at each stage:

 

Raise: 

• Assist EP to raise myaiesec.net account and conduct financial procedure.

• Announce EP about the necessary information such as OPS, working flow between EP and EP buddy.

• Help EP to prepare CV, cover letter, EP profile.

• Assist the EP in searching for suitable TNs.

• Coach and help the EP with the development plan.

• Support EP with Interview (interview tips,.....)

 

Match:

• Prepare for EPs in terms of Legal documents.

• Share contact to EP's parents.

 

Realization:

• Keep contact with the EP.

• Guide EP through difficult situations.

• Encourage EP to take part in AIESEC activities.

 

Post-realization:

• Welcome EP to come back

• Help EP to review what he/she's done through the program.

• Encourage the EP to apply for AIESEC member position (re-integration stage)
